Aisles:

Manage inventory, implement visual merchandising plans (planograms), and keep shelves stocked and looking organized and appealing.

Drive Sales:

Execute promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and monitor their success.

Collaborate:

Build strong relationships with store managers and commissary staff — you'll be their trusted go-to for product expertise.

Stay Organized:

Maintain accurate labeling, use FIFO (First In, First Out) stocking practices, and ensure products are fresh and compliant.

Problem-Solve and Analyze:

Adapt, plan, and communicate inventory needs to optimize sales performance.

Promote Excellence:

Uphold military retailer regulations and deliver top-notch presentation and service.
