SAS Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to support Retail Operations for major retailers and CPG brands. In this field-based role, you'll implement planograms, complete resets, new store sets, audits, and continuity coverage to improve shelf availability and sales. You'll stock, rotate, and organize product, set displays, and capture data and photos using mobile tools. Working in a people-first, team-oriented culture, you'll follow safety and store standards while collaborating with store staff and SAS leads. This flexible, hands-on position offers training and growth into lead and supervisory roles in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising for SAS Retail Services clients, following planograms and reset instructions Set, stock, and rotate product to ensure clean, organized, and accurate shelves and displays Complete new store sets, audits, and continuity coverage to maintain on-shelf availability Use handheld devices or apps to capture data, photos, and completion reports Follow all safety, store, and company policies while working independently and on teams Communicate with store staff, supervisors, and teammates to resolve issues and confirm project details Travel between assigned retail locations as scheduled, arriving on time and prepared Lift, carry, and move products, fixtures, and signage as needed for resets and sets Identify and correct out-of-stocks, pricing errors, and compliance issues Support project-based work and assist leads with setup, tear-down, and special initiatives Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Basic inventory management Use of handheld/mobile reporting tools Time management and punctuality Attention to detail Basic math and pricing checks Customer/retailer communication Lifting and materials handling Driving and reliable transportation
