Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Retail Merchandiser, working 28 hours per week to enhance the visual appeal and organization of retail stores in the Scarsdale and Stamford CT areas.

Stamford CT area, Stratford CT area and some NY areas on this team, which are Scarsdale NY and White Plains NY. Mileage is reimbursed. Responsibilities Execute planogram implementation to ensure product placement aligns with brand standards and marketing strategies new Item Cut Ins Working on a team of about 15 Team reps re-labeling sections after set is complete Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and inventory control procedures Assist with remodeling projects, interior design updates, and store layout improvements to enhance shopping experiences Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and stock movement, including ladders and manual handling techniques Provide excellent customer service by engaging with store visitors and supporting sales initiatives Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards such as ladder use and store safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in retail store management or merchandising roles with a focus on visual design and planogram execution Multilingual skills are a plus to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases and team members Knowledge of schematics, interior design concepts, remodeling processes, and store management best practices Ability to operate mobile devices for communication, documentation, and inventory management purposes Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management, inventory control, and POS operations Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with clients or store management teams Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, up to 25 lbs, must be able to lift overhead if working the overheads with overstock, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods, bending.
