Duties Host live online sports card breaks, showcasing products and engaging viewers through energetic commentary Demonstrate product features during live sessions, highlighting card values and unique collectibles Manage customer inquiries via chat or phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring a positive experience Upsell additional products or exclusive packs to maximize sales opportunities during live events Maintain accurate inventory records, stock new products, and organize digital collections for easy access Assist with merchandising efforts by creating appealing displays of available cards and collectibles online Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering community loyalty Requirements Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences in a lively and professional manner Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and retail math calculations Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cashiering procedures Supervising experience or leadership skills to manage live sessions or team coordination preferred Knowledge of sports cards, collectibles, or familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous Join us as an Online Sports Card Breaker and turn your passion into an exciting career!
