Move What Matters. We're looking for a Merchandise Planner to help shape how products are planned, stocked, and sold across our retail and e-commerce channels. You'll combine commercial thinking with data analysis to understand what is selling, where demand is changing, and how inventory can be positioned more effectively. Your Focus SALES Understand trading performance and identify changes in customer demand.
INVENTORY
Balance availability with inventory levels to support healthy stock positions.
FORECASTING
Build practical forecasts using historical performance, trends, seasonality, and business plans.
COLLABORATION
Work with buying, merchandising, e-commerce, finance, and supply chain teams. What You'll Handle Build and maintain weekly and seasonal sales and inventory plans. Analyse sales, stock, margin, markdown, and sell-through performance. Identify underperforming and high-performing products or categories. Review inventory levels and highlight potential stock risks. Support replenishment, allocation, and stock-management decisions. Compare actual performance with planned sales and inventory targets. Adjust forecasts based on trading performance and market changes. Support promotional and seasonal planning. Prepare clear reports and recommendations for commercial teams. Work with buyers and merchandisers to support assortment decisions. Partner with supply chain teams on inventory availability. Improve planning models, reporting processes, and data accuracy. What You'll Need Experience in merchandise planning, retail planning, inventory planning, or commercial analysis. Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets. Good understanding of sales, inventory, margin, and forecasting concepts. Strong numerical and analytical ability. Commercial awareness and attention to detail. Ability to communicate analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with retail planning or ERP systems is helpful. Power BI, SQL, or other analytical-tool experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
