ROLE Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, offers an exceptional opportunity for a permanent Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Merchandising assists in planning, coordinating, and implementing visual merchandising directives for boutiques and outlets. Ensure timely execution of seasonal guidelines and maintain high visual standards aligned with global brand identity. MISSION Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Coordinate the rollout of visual merchandising guidelines for all North American stores. Support store teams in executing window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal updates. Monitor compliance with global VM standards through regular audits and photo reviews. Liaise with HQ Visual Merchandising team to adapt global directives for local needs. Manage logistics for VM materials, including shipping, tracking, and inventory control. Prepare reports on store compliance, visual quality, and improvement opportunities. Assist with special projects, events, and new store openings to ensure visual excellence
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Timeliness and accuracy of VM guideline implementation Compliance rate across stores Quality and consistency of visual presentation Efficiency in managing VM materials and resources. PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to take part in our comprehensive benefits program which includes: medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. The total compensation amount for a candidate is based on factors including educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
