RDM is looking for long-term associates that can grow within our company. Part-Time Retail Merchandiser - Naples, FL RDM provides retail merchandising services for leading brands in major retailers across the country. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service three Walmart stores in the Naples/Marco Island area. This position is exclusively servicing Walmart stores . You will be responsible for visiting the same three assigned stores twice per week , providing a consistent and reliable schedule.

Each store is serviced 2 times per week Time per visit: Approximately 2-2.5 hours Average hours: 12-15 hours per week

Pay:

$18.00/hour , including drive time between assigned stores

Travel:

Local travel between your three assigned Walmart locations Daily reporting required via smartphone (photos/forms) Temporary fuel bonus currently offered to support travel between stores

Merchandising Duties:

Stock, rotate, and maintain suncare, hair care, and cosmetic products Ensure shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned Maintain product placement according to store standards and planograms (POGs) Build and maintain professional relationships with Walmart store management Communicate store updates and report any issues as needed Complete accurate daily reporting, including photos and forms Complete all assigned work during scheduled store visits

Requirements:

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles) Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.) Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work Strong time management and ability to stay on track with store visits throughout the month Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting (photos/forms) Must pass a background check
