Part-Time Retail Merchandiser - Santa Rosa Beach, FL Retail Detail Merchandising (RDM) provides in-store merchandising services for retailers such as Publix, Target, CVS, Walgreens and Walmart for major brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and General Mills. We are seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to service stores in the Santa Rosa Beach area. You'll work independently across a set group of stores, partnering directly with store management—so reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.

Territory:

Santa Rosa Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Inlet Beach 20-25 hours/week on average $18.00/hour (includes drive time between stores) Travel required within assigned territory Daily reporting required via smartphone (photos/forms) Temporary fuel bonus currently offered to support travel between stores

Merchandising Duties:

Stock, rotate, and maintain suncare, haircare and cosmetic products ( Ensure shelves are organized, fully stocked, and visually aligned Maintain product placement according to store standards and planograms (POGs) Build and maintain professional relationships with store management Communicate store updates and report any issues as needed Complete accurate daily reporting (photos/forms)

Requirements:

MUST be willing to travel within entire territory Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance Ability to travel within assigned territory (up to 30 miles) Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.) Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on assigned work Strong time management and ability to stay on track with store visits throughout the month Comfortable using a smartphone for reporting (photos/forms) Must pass a background check
