POSITION SUMMARY
Borden Dairy is seeking a client-focused and results-driven professional to join our team as a Merchandiser. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for all aspects of merchandising, including stocking, rotating, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and product visibility.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates.
- plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products.
- Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed.
- Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed.
- Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising.
- Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space.
- Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement.
- Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required
