What We're Hiring For Position:
Grain Receiving - 2nd
Shift Location:
St.
Ansgar, Iowa Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM What You'll Do Receive grain shipments from trucks and rail cars Collect and grade samples for our onsite lab Communicate with drivers and team members Operate automated unloading systems Work outdoors and indoors in milling operations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams Basic math and computer skills Previous grain handling experience is a plus Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly wage with wage reviews every 6 months for the first 4 years Bonus plan eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Wellness programs Opportunities for advancement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability or protected veteran status.
