Location Operator, Little Debbie® and Sunbelt® Beargeon Distributing LLC Base + Commission Location Operator Summary Full Time position available in Spencer, Iowa Area Distribution of Little Debbie® / Sunbelt® Products Must be independent, reliable, self-motivated, flexible, detail oriented and an early riser. Strong communication skills are required. Will be required to sell promotions to store management and personnel. Will be expected to promote, sell and distribute product inventory. Computer skills and internet access are required . Product, vehicle, equipment, computer, shirts and fuel are provided. Location Operator Responsibilities Driving box truck in and out of warehouse and customer locations Order inventory and perform physical inventory counts Loading and unloading box truck. Delivering product to customer locations Ordering and pulling product from box truck and filling established racks Communicate and sell product promotions. Setting up and maintaining promotion displays in high traffic areas. Keeping vehicle and warehouse clean and maintained. As position requires lifting, bending, reaching and moving boxes; candidate must be in good physical condition. Location Operator Requirements Clean driver's record. Able to work in all weather conditions. Able to pass drug and background check.
