Position Overview:
The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end. Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register. Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales Support Ollie's Army and other donation programs year-round. Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store. Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner. Ollie's is an equal opportunity employer.
