• Making sure all product from the distribution center is presented accordingly and driving sales within the produce department at Woodman's Plainfield, IL.

Hours:

Roughly 20-28 hours per week; shift times range between 6am and 2pm

• weekend availability required.

Schedule will be discussed upon interview. Training for this role will take place at Woodman's in North Aurora for a few weeks; this will be reviewed upon interview as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate levels of product on sales floor
• Quality control inspections
• ensure the product being displayed is consistent with company and customer expectations
• Organize product in particular patterns
• Help set up promotional displays
• Make recommendations for promotional strategies
• Maintain and track inventory
• May be required to perform additional duties as needed.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
• pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stretch, squat and walk as needed throughout the workday
• Produce experience, preferred
• Excellent time management and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication and interpretation skills
• Committed to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• May be required to travel to other store locations
