Role Description This part-time Visual Merchandiser role is an on-site position based in Granger, IN. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for designing and maintaining appealing store layouts, product displays, and window presentations that reflect Vintage Charm's brand and drive customer engagement. Daily tasks include refreshing product placement, styling mannequins, coordinating color stories and themes, and ensuring merchandising standards are consistently met. The role also involves collaborating with store leadership on promotional displays, supporting sales floor activities, and responding to customer inquiries when needed. Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers effectively. Candidates should possess Retail and Window Displays skills to design, implement, and maintain visually appealing in-store and window merchandising. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Sales skills to support a positive shopping experience and contribute to store performance. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of style aligned with Vintage Charm's brand. Ability to work on-site in Granger, IN, stand for extended periods, and handle light physical tasks such as moving fixtures and merchandise. Previous experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
