Job Description
BEVERAGE
~ SNACKS ~ TOBACCO ~CANDY DISTRIBUTOR
Represent some of the fastest growing brands in the beverage and snack industries. Join a growing Family-Owned Distribution company working 4 days/week and enjoy a 3-day weekend! Tue- Fri 5:30AM
- 4:30PM (or until orders are delivered)
- 40-45 hours/week 40hrs/week
GUARANTEED
if under 40hrs $500 Monthly Bonus Eligible $20- 22.
NO REGULAR WEEKEND OR OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicles (van or box truck) to transport items from warehouse
- Deliver and check-in beverages and snacks with managers, clerks, and store owners.
- Merchandise beverages and snacks to shelves, coolers and displays at C-store and grocery locations.
- Build rapport with regular customers on a weekly basis.
- Operate a handheld tablet unit for invoicing and a mobile printer.
- Utilize a 2-wheel dolly or U-boat to assist with loading in at delivery.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with every customer interaction. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- Accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing invoices and product descriptions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable to show up to work on time and on days scheduled.
Qualifications include:
- MUST hold and sustain a valid driver's license and be insurable by company standards (CLEAN DRIVING RECORD or
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
)- Must have previous experience operating a 26ft box truck with in town driving.
- MUST be able to pass criminal background screening by company standards.
- MUST regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- MUST have simple math skills.
- MUST have delivery/delivery driving experience.
