The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations across multiple store locations. In this role, you will execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are properly stocked and signed to drive sales. You'll collect in-store data, communicate with store teams, and troubleshoot merchandising issues. Responsibilities Travel between assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans Set, reset, and maintain product displays according to planograms Ensure shelves are fully stocked, correctly priced, and signed Collect in-store data, photos, and reports using mobile tools Communicate with store management to coordinate merchandising activities Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to improve sales Maintain brand standards and visual presentation guidelines Troubleshoot on-site issues and escalate as needed Follow company policies and safety procedures while on the road and in stores Provide feedback to Retail Odyssey teams to improve in-store execution Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Visual merchandising Inventory management Retail math and sales analysis Point-of-sale (POS) familiarity Space planning Data and photo reporting via mobile apps Time management and scheduling Driving and route navigation
