Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time & Part-Time Wheat State Manor is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! Full-Time and Part-Time CNA positions are available at Wheat State Manor , providing an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working with a supportive healthcare team. CNA Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized care to residents. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as directed. Take and accurately record vital signs and other resident information. Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Promote resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence. Develop positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Follow all Wheat State Manor policies, procedures, safety standards, and infection-control practices. Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the Wheat State Manor team. Provide care with patience, kindness, professionalism, and compassion. What We're Looking For Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kansas. A compassionate and caring attitude. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide safe and respectful resident care.
