JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Call on assigned accounts to communicate sales promotions and merchandising updates. Execute plan-o-grams, including stocking, fronting, facing, and rotating products. Rearrange shelving, clean refrigerated sections, and restock shelves as needed. Ensure product displays are professional, appealing, and properly signed. Reset displays and report any issues or opportunities related to products or merchandising. Negotiate for additional shelf and promotional space. Conduct store surveys and market analyses to understand customer behavior and optimize product placement. Capture display conditions upon arrival to identify opportunities for sales growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required. Minimum of 3 years of merchandising experience in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, communicate, and perform required tasks in English. Strong attention to detail and conscientious work ethic. Proven ability to prioritize, self-motivate, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, climbing, pulling, stooping, fine hand manipulation, and kneeling. Extensive driving required to service assigned customer base.
