We operate thelatestdrop.com and are currently at a $65MM run rate with aggressive growth targets ahead. Our Framingham fulfillment center is the backbone of that growth, and an organized, efficient returns operation is critical to how we run. What You Will Do Process inbound customer returns and bulk removal orders accurately and efficiently Inspect returned items and grade condition: New / Used / Damaged Re-ticket, repackage, and restock eligible inventory Route non-resellable product for liquidation, donation, or disposal per company guidelines Maintain accurate return records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and internal systems Flag fraudulent, incorrect, or suspicious return activity to management Coordinate with the forward logistics team on restocking priorities Keep the returns area organized and running according to daily throughput targets Identify recurring return reasons and report patterns to operations leadership Submit reimbursement cases on the appropriate platforms until final resolution. What We Are Looking For Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred but not required. We will train the right person. Prior experience in returns processing for FBA, reverse logistics, or warehouse operations, strongly preferred Detail-oriented. Every item gets assessed correctly, every time. Proficient in excel, google sheets and handling large data sets Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended shifts Familiarity with WMS or inventory management software is a plus Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset Reliable. You show up, you follow through.
