We're less concerned about previous buying experience and more interested in finding someone with a genuine passion for plants, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the desire to learn. - Select and order annuals throughout the growing season.
- Monitor inventory and anticipate customer demand.
- Merchandise colorful, inspiring plant displays.
- Build relationships with growers and vendors.
- Learn our inventory and point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with pricing and product selection.
- Collaborate with our greenhouse, retail, wholesale, inventory, and sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're Looking for Someone Who...
