A Merchandising Specialist plans and develops merchandising strategies for retail stores. Analyses sales and market trends, and works with sales associates and managers to display merchandise and create style for a store. May travel to visit stores within a region. Helps to set up promotional displays and manage merchandise and inventory.

Archery & Hunting Specialists must be a customer service-oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail Experience/knowledge with basic archery related tools is preferred but not required Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner Must have the ability to stay current with industry product advances as an Archery & Hunting Specialist Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays per business needs Archery & Hunting Specialists must be at least eighteen years of age or older and be able to pass a standard background check
General Summary:
As an Archery & Hunting Specialist you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. Your training will allow you to help select, size, and outfit customers to an array of specialized equipment for their outdoor adventure needs. You'll restock merchandise to ensure the department is organized, shoppable, and full. You will also perform other duties as the Archery & Hunting Specialist assigned by management. You, an Archery & Hunting Specialist, reports directly to the department's management team and does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Qualified candidates must be available to work 2 shifts 11-7pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and every Saturday 11am to 7pm with additional shifts available.
