Job Description

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support retail operations for major retailers and CPG brands. In this hands-on, field-based role, you will execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity coverage to ensure shelves are well-stocked, correctly signed, and visually appealing. Working independently and as part of a team, you'll complete audits, track work with mobile tools, and follow safety and quality standards. This role offers flexible schedules, training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory positions. Responsibilities Execute planograms and resets for major retailers and CPG brands Set and stock shelves, displays, and promotional features Perform new store sets, remodels, and continuity coverage Complete audits, surveys, and photo documentation as required Ensure on-shelf availability, correct pricing, and product rotation Follow all company and store safety, accuracy, and quality standards Communicate with store personnel and SAS leads on project status Use handheld devices or apps to check in, report work, and track tasks Required Skills Planogram reading and implementation Retail merchandising execution Product stocking and rotation Use of handheld devices and apps Basic inventory counting Space planning and shelf optimization Attention to detail and quality checks Time management and route planning Basic store safety and compliance Communication with store management
