Job Description
The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you will execute in-store merchandising, planogram resets, and product placement to drive sales and enhance the shopper experience. Working with leading retailers, you'll stock shelves, build and maintain displays, audit inventory and pricing, and ensure compliance with planograms and promotional programs. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising, product placement, and display resets to planogram standards. Stock, rotate, and front-face products to ensure optimal shelf conditions and availability. Audit inventory levels, shelf tags, and promotional materials for accuracy and compliance. Collect simple store-level data and provide feedback to improve merchandising strategies. Collaborate with store staff and Retail Odyssey team members to support sales initiatives. Follow company and retailer safety, quality, and operational procedures. Report completed work through company systems, including photos and activity logs.
