Retail Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Overview As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are displayed effectively and meet merchandising standards. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Description Retail store visits within designated routes in Missouri and Illinois Requires regular field work (away from physical office), including visiting customer locations and customer interaction

Route:

Northern and Southern Illinois and St. Charles Average 18-20 hours per week Primary Responsibilities Audit and merchandise product on shelf Make sure shelves are tagged properly for product in case or on shelf Confirm that the product is in stock Check sell by dates on product, confirming product is being rotated Display marketing and promotional materials such as signage, coupons, recipe tear pads. Includes applying IRC's (Instant Redeemable Coupons) to product on shelf when necessary Build customer relationships at store level Comply with store policies and operating procedures Deliver customer service (ie. communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs). Ability to work under minimal supervision On occasion, resets are necessary with notice. Those take priority over regular scheduled store visits during those timeframes. Increased hourly pay during resets. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Motivated self-starter and work independently Excellent customer service skills Must have phone for way of contact (Android or iPhone) Must have reliable transportation Must have valid non-expired driver's license and proof of auto insurance Must be able to access Google docs, sheets, etc. and have internet access Performance of physical work (bending, standing, lifting) Transport supplies as needed (POS/POP material) Able to travel within assigned region/territory Must complete weekly call reports in Google doc format Submit photos form store visits (weekly) Email address to be monitored daily Effective communication via email, phone and text Professional appearance and demeanor We offer Competitive wages Mileage reimbursement No prior experience required, as we will provide training
