Day shift, all seasons - Saturdays required Western Building Center in Libby is seeking an outgoing person who takes pride in excellent customer service. Are you a plumber, electrician, or carpenter who is looking to ditch the bags? This full-time contractor sales position will give you the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced retail environment. A successful applicant will be able to hone their knowledge of all aspects of building materials sales, from customer service and sales to administration and logistics. Skilled trade or lumber and building materials industry experience is recommended.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that WBC customers and clients have the best possible retail experience Fulfill sales goals as directed by the store manager Maintain clean and organized appearance of the retail facility Plan and pace own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals. Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injury to self or co-workers; attend periodic safety meetings as required; may recommend changes to improve safety procedures. COMPETENCIES

Knowledge of company products sufficient to determine appropriate applications Good customer service and communications skills Able to do take-offs Ability to work independently Ability to read customer orders and follow safety regulations Working knowledge of Windows & Google operating systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS A
