Job Description
Job Summary This Sales Position is responsible for Large Format ordering and merchandising execution of all MBG products in the assigned accounts of responsibility. Responsibilities Ensure all shelves and cold equipment is properly filled to MBG Standards Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are merchandised to MBG standards Execute and maintain Customer Development Agreements Execute MBG promotional Calendar Execute PCNA promotional Calendar Execute Sunkist/Schweppes promotional calendar with MBG Maintain Customer Service Expectations in our marketplace Keep back room inventory neat and organized Ensure Product Rotation minimizing out-of-date products Display Point of Sale Specific to Brands/Packages Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to perform many tasks at the same time. Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis Good communication skills and ability to process change. Understand basic accounting principles Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures Ability to manage an inventory system Ability to comprehend policies & procedures Maintain acceptable driving record
