Job Description

Join SAS Retail Services as a Travel Merchandiser supporting major retailers and CPG brands. In this hands-on, field-based role, you'll travel to assigned stores to implement planograms, execute resets and new store sets, stock and rotate product, and ensure shelves are organized, signed, and fully merchandised. You'll complete audits and reports via mobile tools while collaborating with store teams in a fast-paced, people-first environment. We emphasize training, safety, reliability, and offer flexible schedules with the opportunity to grow into lead and supervisory roles. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail locations to implement planograms and merchandising standards for SAS Retail Services clients. Execute new item cut-ins, product resets, revisions, and new store/remodel sets according to project plans. Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability, correct placement, and clean, organized displays. Use planograms, schematic tools, and project instructions (paper or digital) to set and adjust fixtures and signage. Complete in-store audits, take photos, and report work completion through mobile or online reporting systems. Collaborate with store staff, team leads, and fellow merchandisers to meet project timelines and quality expectations. Follow all company and retailer safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment, ladders, and PPE as required. Travel within a defined territory; maintain reliable transportation, punctuality, and flexibility in schedule. Build strong relationships with retailer personnel and represent SAS Retail Services and client brands professionally. Identify and communicate merchandising issues, out-of-stocks, and opportunities to improve shelf performance.
