2991438537-2 Apply for this job now Job Description SAS Retail Services is seeking a Traveling Lead Retail Reset Merchandiser to execute complex merchandising projects for major retailers. In this field-based role, you'll lead small teams through planogram implementation, store resets, new store sets, and category updates across multiple locations. You'll ensure accurate on-shelf placement, signage, and displays while meeting timelines and safety standards. Collaborating closely with store and SAS leaders, you'll train team members, resolve on-site issues, and provide reporting, with opportunities to grow into broader supervisory roles. Responsibilities Lead and execute retail reset and new store set projects across multiple locations Interpret and implement planograms and schematic diagrams accurately Coordinate, train, and support merchandising team members on-site Ensure product placement, signage, and displays meet retailer and brand standards Communicate project status and resolve issues with store and SAS management Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Travel regularly between assigned stores and regions as scheduled Complete required reports, photos, and documentation using company systems Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Store resets and new store sets Team leadership Time and project management Use of merchandising tools and fixtures Inventory and shelf tagging Retail reporting tools/mobile apps Safety and compliance procedures Communication with store management
