Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
• Collaborate with account managers/delivery drivers to develop and execute visual merchandising plans
• Execute planograms to ensure proper product placement and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure all product is properly rotated
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement promotional strategies

Skills:

• Experience in training development and delivery
• Knowledge of store management principles and practices
• Familiarity with planogram implementation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
