In this hands-on role, you'll visit multiple stores to implement planograms, complete resets and new item sets, build displays, and perform basic audits to ensure shelves are well-stocked and correctly signed. You'll work in a people-first, team-oriented environment with strong training, clear safety standards, and reliable support. Responsibilities Travel between assigned retail locations to execute merchandising projects Implement planograms, resets, new item sets, and display builds to standard Complete audits, counts, and basic inventory checks with accurate reporting Communicate with store management and SAS leads on project status and issues Follow company and retailer safety, dress, and performance standards Use handheld devices or apps to capture photos and submit work verification Maintain merchandising tools, signage, and fixtures in good working order Work independently and as part of a small team to meet deadlines Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and implementation Store reset execution Inventory auditing Use of merchandising tools and fixtures Basic data reporting and photos Time management and routing Attention to detail and accuracy Communication with store management Safe lifting and product handling
