HWY Partners is looking for a reliable, motivated Independent Contractor/Merchandiser to join our team and provide retail support throughout the New Hampshire area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, visiting different retail locations, and having a flexible schedule. You'll play an important role in supporting our retail partners and Sales team by ensuring products are properly displayed, stores are well maintained, and retail opportunities are identified in the field. What You'll Do As an Independent Contractor/Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include: Visit retail locations to perform resets, category refreshes, and new item cut-ins. Correct product void and tagging issues. Implement planograms and ensure products are properly positioned and displayed. Conduct store audits and take photos to document store conditions. Identify retail concerns and provide feedback and solutions. Share valuable information and insights with our Sales team from the field. Complete a variety of special projects, which may include: Rack assembly Resets Cooler and fresh-case placements Display updates Store checks Store-level information gathering Represent HWY Partners professionally while working with retail partners. Projects and assignments may vary based on business needs, industry conditions, and seasonal project volume. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. A positive, professional attitude. Ability to read and implement planograms. Strong attention to detail. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable transportation and current auto insurance. Ability to travel between retail locations as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. Own smartphone or another internet-connected device. Previous retail merchandising experience is preferred but not required. Position Details Independent Contractor (1099) Approximately 20 hours per week on average Hours may increase periodically based on project volume and business needs. $17.00 per hour plus business mileage reimbursement Flexible work opportunity with a variety of projects and retail locations.
