This engaging role offers a Monday to Thursday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a fantastic work-life balance. Must-have qualities include reliable transportation—your own car is essential—to ensure seamless coverage across multiple store locations, Such as: Phillipsburg NJ, Clinton NJ, Flemington NJ, Washington NJ, Hillsborough NJ, Bethleham PA, Stirling NJ, Watchung NJ, Chester and Stroudsburg PA. As a key player in visual merchandising and store management, you'll be responsible for creating appealing product displays, implementing planograms, and ensuring shelves are stocked perfectly to attract customers and boost sales. Responsibilities Execute planogram implementation to optimize product placement and presentation in retail stores Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and proper pricing Maintain visual merchandising standards by creating attractive displays aligned with branding guidelines Conduct store visits using mobile devices to update inventory levels, record observations, and communicate with store management Assist with remodeling projects, interior design adjustments, and store layout improvements Operate manual handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and material transport within stores Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers and addressing their needs professionally Qualifications Proven experience in retail merchandising, store management, or related fields Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks is a plus Knowledge of schematics, planogram implementation, and visual merchandising techniques Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or training team members Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and ladder use safely Basic math skills for pricing adjustments and inventory counts Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer engagement Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (must have car) for frequent store visits Organizational skills to manage time effectively across multiple locations Embark on a rewarding career where your talents in merchandising, sales, and visual design will make a tangible difference!
