Core Responsibilities Operations Support:
Oversee day-to-day sales floor activities, open and close procedures, and workflow efficiency.
Merchandising & Displays:
Execute product resets, set up promotional displays, and maintain visual standards.
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, manage back-room organization, and assist with receiving deliveries.
Team Communication:
Train, mentor, and guide sales associates, acting as a bridge between store management and staff.
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries or complaints and model exceptional
Qualifications and Skills:
Basic Skills:
Strong attention to detail, basic math, and basic computer skills.
Experience:
Many entry-level positions require no prior experience, offering on-the-job training.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise for the duration of a shift. Some travel may be occasionally expected.
Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
