Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal product presentation and ensuring the availability of our products at various retail locations, primarily focusing on Asian grocery supermarkets. The ideal candidate will have experience working within Asian grocery retail environments and possess a strong understanding of merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and sales. Duties Visit assigned retail stores regularly to stock, organize, and replenish products according to company standards. Ensure that product displays are attractive, well-organized, and compliant with brand guidelines. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs or issues promptly to the management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to facilitate smooth merchandising operations. Conduct in-store audits to verify product placement, pricing accuracy, and promotional displays. Implement promotional activities and ensure they are executed effectively at the store level. Keep detailed records of store visits, stock levels, and merchandising activities for reporting purposes. Stay informed about new products and industry trends relevant to Asian grocery supermarkets. Skills Proven experience working in Asian grocery supermarkets or similar retail environments. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with store staff and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple locations efficiently. Physical stamina to perform frequent store visits, including lifting and moving products as needed. Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail standards. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate store visit timings.
