Description Our client is a global leader in apparel, sleepwear, and intimates, partnering with many of the world's most recognized retailers. With deep expertise across design, sourcing, merchandising, and distribution, the company delivers high-quality products to major retail and eCommerce partners worldwide.
Overview:
The Merchandiser will support the Merchandising team in planning, analyzing, and executing product assortments by account. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a fast-paced consumer products environment.

In office (Jersey City, NJ)

Remote Key Accountabilities:
Assist the Merchandising team with preparation for meetings and presentations Support development of key working tools including photoshoot decks, assortments, meeting agendas, and recaps Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Design, and Sourcing teams to ensure alignment and clear communication Assist with reporting projects and postmortem analyses; become proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) Attend selected sales meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities Support quarterly sample closet organization and maintenance Prepare, ship, and unpack samples for key meetings and photoshoots Support special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Consistent in-office presence required
Monday-Thursday Salary Range:
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
