$1250/week for a qualified lead + performance bonus About the Role M60 Rollouts, a national field-services company, is running a Best Buy store-reset program across the NYC metro and Long Island this fall. We're hiring an experienced Reset Lead to run a two-person crew through a series of store resets on a fixed schedule — from Long Island City and Mount Vernon out to Stony Brook, the Bronx, and Levittown. This is hands-on field work with real responsibility. As Lead, you own the site: you run the crew, keep the job on schedule, complete the documentation, and get each store signed off clean and on time. If you take pride in finishing a job right and don't need someone standing over you, you'll do well here. What You'll Do Lead a two-person crew through Best Buy store resets — fixtures, vendor pads, merchandising, low-voltage/network drops, and displays per program scope Own the daily schedule and keep each store on track to its completion date Complete all required documentation in the program software — photos, check-in/out, daily reports — same day, every day Coordinate on-site with the client's project team and any other trades Communicate proactively: daily status updates, and a heads-up (with a plan) the moment anything threatens the schedule What We're Looking For Prior retail reset, remodel, fixture installation, or low-voltage field experience (Best Buy / big-box retail a strong plus) Someone reliable — shows up, answers the phone, and runs the job without hand-holding Comfortable reading a scope of work and a store schedule Able to travel across the NYC metro and Long Island; valid driver's license Physically able to lift, install fixtures, and be on your feet for a full shift Own basic tools and a smartphone for documentation Pay & Terms $1,250/week for a qualified lead (1099 independent contractor) Performance bonus on top of your weekly rate for finishing clean, on time, with tight documentation Clear scope, real schedule, straightforward pay Do this well and there's more work ahead — we run national programsTo Apply:
