Job Overview Our clientis seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Merchandiser/Sales Associate to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us maintain a vibrant store environment that attracts and retains loyal customers. Responsibilities Implement and maintain attractive displays to maximize product visibility and appeal. Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory levels and proper product placement. Assist customers with product selection, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Conduct manual handling of merchandise, including heavy lifting 20-30 pounds. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment, including merchandising areas, aisles, and display fixtures, ensuring safety standards are met. Qualifications Previous retail store experience with a strong understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and sales techniques. Ability to operate material handling equipment safely. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, handle cash accurately, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
