Job Summary We are seeking 2 energetic and detail-oriented Retail Merchandisers to join our team. Kearny, Harrison, Secaucus, Bloomfield, Nutley, Belleville, East Orange, Orange, East Rutherford, North Arlington, Lyndhurst Responsibilities Implementing specific, brand-mandated layouts for products on shelves to maximize visibility and sales. Setting up displays, arranging product groupings, and using signage to attract customers and reflect current marketing trends. Assist with remodeling projects and interior design adjustments to optimize space utilization and aesthetic appeal. Stocking shelves, rotating products (FIFO - first in, first out) to ensure freshness, and managing backstock. Updating price tags, shelf strips, and promotional materials to reflect current promotions. Checking stock levels for inaccuracies, inspecting for damaged goods, and reporting data to management. Checking expiration dates and removing expired or damaged items. Conduct regular cleaning, organization, and maintenance of store displays to uphold high standards of presentation.

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance to travel between stores.

Travel:

Traveling to multiple retail locations using your personal vehicle to conduct store pack outs, "resets" or remodel work.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to bend, squat, extend arms upward and downward, standing for long periods at a time, walk, lift products (sometimes up to 60 lbs), and move fixtures. Attention to

Communication:

Photos must be taken before & after each store visit then submitted to the Team Lead.
