2997558737-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Advantage Solutions is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee in-store execution for major consumer brands. You will lead a small merchandising team, plan and execute planogram resets, ensure accurate product placement, and maintain promotional and pricing compliance. Responsibilities include training and scheduling merchandisers, auditing displays using digital tools, capturing data and photos, and reporting results to field managers and clients. You'll collaborate with store personnel, troubleshoot issues on-site, and use sales and merchandising insights to recommend improvements that drive visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance across assigned locations. Responsibilities Lead and schedule a team of retail merchandisers across assigned stores Execute and oversee planogram resets, product placement, and display builds Ensure promotional, pricing, and signage compliance for client programs Train, coach, and support merchandisers on merchandising standards and tools Audit in-store execution, capture photos and data using digital reporting tools Communicate regularly with store management to coordinate merchandising activities Report results, issues, and opportunities to field managers and clients Analyze basic sales and merchandising data to recommend in-store improvements Maintain inventory facing, stock rotation, and on-shelf availability Resolve on-site issues quickly to protect client standards and sales goals Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram execution Team leadership Retail data reporting tools Inventory management Retail math and sales fundamentals Client and store relationship management Time and territory management Problem-solving in field environments Basic Excel or reporting software
