Job Description

About the Role This role will support the Tabletop Direct-to-Consumer business by managing forecasts, purchase order planning, inventory health and in-season performance analysis for our exclusive online assortment. This role will analyze sales trends, product performance, and inventory levels to help ensure the delivery of goods stay on schedule for seasonal and everyday assortments. In addition to planning and forecasting, this person will partner with the e-commerce team on website assortment planning and merchandising opportunities to improve online sales performance across multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and review monthly sales forecasts on a product level for our online assortments based on sales trends, seasonality and promotional activity Monitor inventory levels, sell-through, weeks of supply, and stock risks to identify replenishment needs, overstock concerns and missed sales opportunities Plan and manage purchase order recommendations to support inventory availability, sales goals and product launch timelines Partner with the E-commerce team to support product launches, promotional planning and site assortment maintenance to ensure items are online when back in stock and taken offline when sold out in a timely manner Maintain SKU data in our e-commerce platform including key data points related to costing, inventory, fulfillment and duty codes while ensuring product catalogs are published to the correct sales channels Monitor online customer orders in multiple DTC channels to identify fulfillment issues and partner with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve through shipment follow-up, cancellation or other appropriate action Make assortment recommendations, identify gaps in assortment, review sell-through performance to recommend markdowns, promotional support or product discontinuation Assist the division with quarterly lifecycle SKU management by reviewing product status and sell-through performance and make recommendations for discontinuations and markdowns
Requirements:
Bachelor's level degree 2+ years' experience in demand/inventory planning or e-commerce/DTC merchandise planning Experience with SAP and/or Demand Solutions experience a plus Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset for optimal sales opportunities Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
