2997291526-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C. seeks a Project Remodel Specialist to execute overnight retail remodels, resets, and merchandising projects for major brands and national retailers. In this field-based role, you'll work overnight in stores installing fixtures, signage, and product displays, following detailed planograms and strict safety standards. You'll coordinate with store teams and Anderson leadership, document project completion, and travel between locations. This position offers hands-on retail experience, growth in sales and project skills, and a fast-paced, results-driven culture focused on teamwork and accountability. Responsibilities Execute overnight remodel and reset projects in retail stores to planogram and client standards Install fixtures, signage, and product displays safely and accurately Coordinate with store teams and Anderson Merchandisers leadership on project timelines and priorities Audit shelf inventory, verify pricing, and ensure accurate product placement Use planograms, diagrams, and handheld devices to complete assigned tasks Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow company and retailer safety policies Document project completion with photos and required reporting tools Travel between assigned stores as needed for remodel schedules Train or assist team members on remodel procedures and standards Provide feedback on store conditions and opportunities to improve execution Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading Fixture and display installation Basic inventory auditing Use of handheld/mobile work tools Time and project management Attention to detail Basic reporting and photo documentation Knowledge of retail safety practices Team collaboration
