Soni is partnered with a global lifestyle brand is seeking an Assortment Allocation Specialist to support store planning, inventory allocation, and product flow during a high-demand period. This role plays a key part in aligning product assortment and inventory levels to store performance, regional demand, and overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Execute store-level assortment and allocation strategies to drive sales and inventory productivity Support store planning initiatives, aligning product mix and inventory levels to store volume and regional demand Monitor store performance, sell-through, and stock levels to identify risks and opportunities Analyze sales and inventory data to inform assortment and allocation decisions Support new store openings, product launches, and promotional planning Troubleshoot inventory issues including stock imbalances and delivery timing challenges Build and maintain reporting to support store planning and allocation insights Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, and operations teams

Qualifications:

Experience in allocation, assortment planning, or merchandise/store planning Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze large datasets Proficiency in Looker and/or Microsoft D365 is strongly beneficial Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Retail, eCommerce, or consumer product experience preferred

Compensation:

$22 - 25/ Hr Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #SONICREATIVE
