The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Traveling Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations across multiple store locations. In this field-based role, you will travel to partner retailers to execute planograms, set shelves, rotate stock, place signage, and ensure products are merchandised to company and client standards. You'll audit inventory, report on in-store conditions, and communicate with store personnel to resolve issues. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising projects Implement planograms, resets, and product displays to standard Stock, front, rotate, and organize product on shelves and fixtures Install and maintain signage, price tags, and promotional materials Conduct basic inventory checks and report stock or execution issues Capture photos and complete digital reports after each visit Partner with store staff and managers to coordinate in-store work Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and travel schedules Manage time and routes to complete all assigned visits on deadline Represent The Retail Odyssey Company professionally in every store Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram implementation Inventory management Point-of-sale (POS) familiarity Data and sales reporting Basic Excel/Google Sheets Time management Route planning and travel logistics Communication skills Attention to detail
