The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail sales. Must have an experience in grocery merchandising. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries. Communicate effectively with customers to promote products and services, including upselling items when appropriate. Assist in product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Help manage stock levels by restocking shelves as needed and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to assist customers effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the retail environment. Requirements Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact with customers positively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A willingness to learn about products and engage in product demos effectively.
