This role services the following store (s): Store #448 - 5100 Terra Firma Dr, Mason, OH 45040 Store #975 - 7855 Tylersville Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include: Display a variety of outdoor plants Maintain product displays Water all plant materials Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed Ensure proper signage is in place Maintain a safe and clean display area Remove and record expired plant material Interacting with store personnel and customers Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates Complete report for each store serviced Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to: Have a smart phone Work outdoors in all elements Have dependable transportation Have a valid driver's license Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively Assemble and tear down outdoor benching Understand and execute planograms Use workplace mobile apps
