Love home décor, design, and creating spaces that inspire? We're looking for a creative, hands-on Visual Merchandising Specialist to support our Mayfield and Mentor showroom locations. If you enjoy styling beautiful spaces, working with décor and accessories, and bringing showroom displays to life, this could be the perfect fit for you. This is a fast-paced, active role where no two days look the same. You'll split your time between organizing and preparing merchandise behind the scenes and building eye-catching displays on the showroom floor that create an unforgettable customer experience. What You'll Do Create and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setups Accessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop décor, and other home accents Receive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandise Help keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-ready Assist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishment Research and resolve inventory discrepancies as needed Coordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setup Handle returned or damaged merchandise appropriately and efficiently What We're Looking For Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred — or 2+ years of relevant experience A creative eye for design and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable learning inventory and purchase order systems Willingness to travel between the Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn showroom locations regularly Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds Comfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, stretching, and moving merchandise throughout the day Why You'll Love Working Here We're more than just a furniture and home décor retailer — we're a team that's passionate about helping customers create spaces they love.
