The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support Retail Operations for leading retailers nationwide. In this field-based role, you will execute planograms, set and maintain product displays, ensure on-shelf availability, and rotate stock to drive sales and optimize the shopper experience. You'll collect basic in-store data, communicate issues and opportunities, and collaborate with store teams. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently, with reliable transportation to visit assigned stores on a regular route schedule.
