Job Description

Required Education:
- High School diploma
Required Skills, Experience, & Abilities:
- 1-3 years of related work experience in brand development, merchandise buying, and/or retail management
- Demonstrate a passion for product and customer satisfaction
- Ability to take direction while also working independently to complete daily tasks
- Ability to efficiently and accurately complete tasks
- Curiosity & change agility
- Must be able to accommodate home office working hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- Skew (SKU) management experienceJob OverviewThe Merchandise Coordinator supports the execution of category strategies to grow their businesses on a consistent, profitable basis.
Responsibilities:
- Own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of product data within the Lifecycle Management system, ensuring product records, attributes, SKUs, and key milestones are completed on time and meet established data governance standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Development, Planning, Sourcing, and Marketing teams to gather information, manage product updates, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure accurate information flows to downstream systems and business processes.
- Sample management including unboxing, organization, gathering, and set up/rankings of samples (leadership offices, storage cabinets, conference and work rooms) as well as receiving samples and 3rd-party packages from the DC and mailroom
- Assist in key meeting prep with sample availability, style ranking, deck preparation, and ad hoc requests
- Research the competition: understanding other retailers' assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy
- Additional as needed responsibilities:
- Help manage seasonal assortment plans in pre-season development as well as updates throughout the season while supporting tactical business needs including but not limited to: centric management, design requests, feasibility requests, vendor documents, APS, roadmap updates, assortment grid updates, etc.
- Assist in internal SKU item costing, packout, article set-up, and maintenance
- Execute visual/floorset updates in partnership with visual merchandising, space & allocation teams such as load doc, paper dolls list, and MPQ grids
