Job Description Our client, a top personal care manufacturing company is looking for a R D Lab Specialist in Reynoldsburg! The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in scientific or engineering field, with experience in QA, R D or laboratory environments.

Responsibilities :
Supports with daily tasks and various ad-hoc responsibilities as needed. Handles the complete sample lifecycle, including receipt, filling and assembly, testing, evaluation at required timepoints, and final retention or storage. Tests and evaluates beauty and home fragrance products to check compliance with performance, packaging, and specifications standards, while meticulously tracking and documenting results. Collaborates and communicates across R D, QA, and Package Engineering teams regarding testing observations and statuses. Manages the shipping of samples to vendors and cross-functional partners, as well as the organization and shipping of international bulk standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, or relevant work experience in QA, R D, manufacturing, or laboratory environments. Strong attention to detail, strict adherence to instructions and standard operating procedures, and solid organizational skills. Requires flexibility to handle shifting priorities along with good written and oral communication skills. Involves working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, alongside specific experience with Excel and SAP. Highlights a collaborative team-player attitude suited for a dynamic work setting.
