Job Description
The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support our Retail Operations team. In this field-based role, you will execute planograms, set displays, and maintain product presentation to maximize in-store sales for our retail partners. Responsibilities include stocking and rotating product, placing signage, completing basic inventory tasks, and reporting results through mobile tools. Responsibilities Execute planograms and product layouts in assigned retail stores Stock, rotate, and front product to ensure on-shelf availability and visibility Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials to drive sales Conduct basic inventory counts and report on out-of-stocks or issues Capture and submit in-store data and photos using company tools Communicate with store management to coordinate merchandising activities Maintain clean, organized, and compliant merchandising areas Follow route schedules and complete assignments within set timelines Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Inventory counting and stock rotation Point-of-sale (POS) familiarity Data and photo reporting via mobile apps Basic sales and upselling techniques Time management and route planning Communication with store management Attention to detail and quality control Physical stamina for lifting and standing
